Ritchies
Ritchies are a leading home brew wholesaler of quality wine and beer kits in the UK and Europe. Well before I bought any of their kits I had noticed the Ritchies logo on a variety of other products I had bought for home brewing such as finings and brewing sugar. Ritchies are the parent company behind brands such as Beaverdale and Solomon Grundy, familiar names to anyone who already does home wine making.
Throughout 2012 Ritchies beer kits began taking a more pronounced position in the market starting with their Simply range of kits. Later in the year Ritchies released a new higher quality range called “Festival Ales”. Ritchies beer kits are distinct from most brands because they come packaged in soft but tough plastic bag containers.
