Soups
I started experimenting with soup recipes at some point over the last five or six years. I found myself occasionally buying a tetra pak of soup from M & S at lunchtime and got to thinking - Mmm, this is a bit expensive! I'm sure I could make something for a snip of the price and better too.
I hope you enjoy these soup recipes which have become very popular at home, especially on cold autumn and winter days. I nearly always make double the quantity in the recipe so that there are leftovers for another day, or to give to my Dad as an unexpected present. Friends too - those ones who don't mind being pampered a bit - you know who you are!
