General Callouts
For site visits within our general work area where only occasional assistance is required, we charge a nominal fee of £20.00 to cover travelling costs and time, plus an hourly rate of £60.00. Visits outside London are negotiable and of course are relative to our location in Kingston Upon Thames.
Maintenance Contracts
It may be in your best interests, especially if you are a small businesses, to have ongoing support from a technician on a regular basis. We're happy to set up contracts with clients, to visit your office on an agreed basis and to service your equipment, making sure everything is running at optimum performance.
If you feel a maintenance contract could be the best solution for your needs, please contact us to discuss your special requirements and negotiate a fee.
Invoicing & Terms of Payment
On completion of work at your premises, we will furnish you with a short description of the work carried out and will ask you for your signature of approval. You will receive an invoice in the post which will be due within 14 days of receipt.
- Invoices may be settled by cheque (UK Banks only) or bank transfer (please call us for bank details).
- Note that deMont Digital fees are NOT SUBJECT TO VAT.
We reserve the right to revise our Fees and Terms of Business at any time.
