Stir Fried Beef with peppers, spring onions and coriander
14oz fillet beef, sliced
Spice mix on a plate
2 tbsps cumin
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps groundnut oil
1 red pepper or green pepper, sliced
1 tsp shaohsing wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Large handful of coriander
1 spring onion, chopped
Slice the beef thinly. Mix all the spices on a plate and add the beef, mixing thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes or so.
Heat the oil, stir fry the beef for a minute. Add the peppers. Add soy sauce and shaohsing wine.
Take off the heat and stir in the coriander and spring onions.
