Stir Fried Pak Choi with Garlic


4 or 5 pak choi bulbs
4 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
1 tsp salt
1 tsp groundnut oil

Clean the pak choi and cut in half, down the stems.

Heat the wok up and add the oil. Add the pak choi and garlic together and stir fry until the pak choi has wilted.

Remember to add the salt.
