Garlic Pizza Bread

2 1/4 tsp yeast
8 fl ozs warm water
12 1/2 ozs plain flour or 00 flour
1 tsp honey
1tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic butter, softened
Some chopped herbs - of your choice
Maldons salt

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Add the flour, salt, honey and olive oil to a large bowl. Mix in the water and yeast, using a wooden spoon and then your hands. Knead for a short while. The mix is very soft and quite soggy. Divide the dough in two and leave for about ten minutes.

Heat the oven to about 200C/180 Fan/Gas Mark 6 temperature. Rub oil over 2 large pizza trays, preferably with perforated holes in them. Otherwise a pizza stone would be perfect.

Stretch the dough roughly over the trays. With a knife spread the garlic butter quite thickly over the dough, sprinkle with herbs and crushed salt.

Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes, keeping an eye on things so that it does not burn.

Take out of the oven, chop up into small sections and serve.
